Evolve Social Wellness provides a variety of recovery and human optimization services such as sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and massage chairs in a walk-in, no-appointment setting. These services can be combined in one visit to support energy, reduce stress, improve recovery, and help members build consistent, long-term wellness routines.

Cold Plunge

The practice of immersing the body in ice-cold water has been performed for centuries. Made popular by sports trainers and Wim Hof, it improves natural recovery, aids in workout recovery, improves cardiovascular circulation, reduces muscle inflammation, facilitates weight loss, and improves skin tone. We offer oversized tanks that undergo constant circulation and filtration and can fit up to two people. The most difficult challenges are the most rewarding.

Contrast therapy

Contrast therapy involves combining hot and cold therapies. We recommend transferring back and forth between the Cold Water Immersion (CWI) and the Norwegian Sauna for approximately 15 minutes at a time in each therapy. We call this method “fire and ice.” The hormetic stress optimizes you into a stronger, more resilient, and healthier human, both mentally and physically.

Infrared Saunas

This technology has been around for decades, but recent scientific studies share that they offer similar benefits to the traditional sauna but with a more enjoyable experience. Our infrared saunas are full-spectrum to maximize the benefit. With any of our passes, you have the opportunity to burn some calories, detoxify, improve cardiovascular function, lower blood pressure, relieve pain, relax, stimulate the circulatory system, and regenerate skin.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Low wavelength red light improves skin circulation with blood and tissue cells and penetrates deep into the tissue to stimulate and regenerate. It encourages collagen and fibroblast production, which both help to improve the texture of the face, reduce wrinkles, and protect the cells from damage. This therapy can visibly reduce some damage from the sun and environment.

Dry Sauna

Known as the traditional version, dry saunas involve high heat and moderate humidity. Saunas have been a part of global wellness practices for thousands of years. Benefits include burning calories; detoxification; boosting the immune, circulatory, and cardiovascular systems; and improving the quality of sleep and relaxation.

Brain Games & Neurotraining

We offer game-changing cognitive sports training designed to improve competitive performance. Using a state-of-the-art touchscreen lightboard powered by cloud-based technology and data analytics, you have the opportunity to accelerate and strengthen cognitive processes and skills. These include peripheral vision, decision-making, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination.

INTERACTIVE STRETCHING & YOGA

We offer interactive courses, yoga mats, yoga props, and the space to show up whenever it is convenient for you. Stretching and yoga are excellent ways to counterbalance the stress of work, exercise, and life. Your posture, mobility, and confidence will demonstrate the benefits of these critical practices, and your body will thank you.

Vibration Therapy

NASA uses vibration therapy to increase astronauts’ muscles and bone strength in space.
